Marina Congress Center and Scandic Hotel Grand Marina

Scandic Marina Congress Center is a unique congress centre located right in the heart of the city. Its waterfront location, only a short walk from Helsinki city centre, makes Marina Congress Center an incomparable venue for conference and gala events. The accommodation of meeting guests is easily arranged in Scandic Grand Marina across the street, where some of the seminar workshops also take place.

Registration

The registration desk of VOM 2012 will be located in the second floor of the Congress Center. On the first day of the seminar, coffee and pastries will be served during the registration starting at 8:30.

Seminar

Plenary sessions take place in the second floor of Marina Congress Center, hall Fennia II.

Workshops take place in the second floor of Marina Congress Center, hall Baltica, and in Scandic Hotel Grand Marina accross the street, meeting rooms Eliel-Selim, Commodore and Admiral&Captain.
