Registration and hotel reservation
Registration for the conference shall be made using the online registration form.
To be eligible for the early registration fee, registration should be completed no later than 1st April 2010.
Conference registration fees
Delegates:
Conference fee, before 2nd April 2010: 350€
Conference fee, after 2nd April 2010: 400€
Social events
Welcome Reception 19th May 2010: Included
Conference Dinner 20th May 2010: € 35
Farewell Drinks 21st May 2010: Included
The registration fee includes:
- Attendance at the scientific sessions
- All printed material
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception
- Lunches on 20th and 21st May 2010
- Coffee breaks
Additional payment is required for the following:
- Hotel deposit
- Conference Dinner on 20th May 2010
Accommodation
Please see the list of Conference Hotels from here. All rates include taxes and breakfast.
Reservations must be secured by payment of a deposit for the first night.

Payment
Payment should be made in Euros (€) in advance by one of the following methods:
1) Credit Card. We accept the following cards: American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa.
2) Invoice. A valid invoice shall be given on the registration form.
Cancellations & changes
All changes and cancellations of conference participation or hotel reservation shall be sent in writing to sts2010@confedent.fi
Penalties for cancellations in registration fees are
by April 1, 2010 – the paid fees shall be refunded except for an administrative fee of € 50
after April 1, 2010 – the paid fees shall not be refunded
Penalties for cancellation in hotel deposit are
by April 1, 2010 - the paid deposit will be refunded
after April 1, 2010 - the paid deposit will not be refunded
