Registration is open with early bird fees until June 17, 2011. Late registration fees with added cost are valid from June 17, 2011.
Residents please note ! The Letter of recommendation has to be sent to Confedent to scatsurg2011@confedent.fi at the time of registering. If this letter is not recived the full registration fee will be charged.

Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to scatsurg2011@confedent.fi
Cancellation of registration fees, social programme or accommodation:
- cancellation received before or on June 30, 2011 - a full refund deducted with administrative fee of Eur 50 will be made
- cancellation received after June 30, 2011 no refund will be made
- there will be no refund for no-shows
All cancellations and/or changes in registration, social programme or accommodation must be made in writing to the SCATSURG 2011 secretariat c/o Confedent International, Email: scatsurg2011@confedent.fi.
