Registration fees (EUR):

*We invite colleagues from Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Russia and South-America to participate in the meeting as special guests. Participants from these countries will receive a discount on their registration fees (see above).

**Certificate of recidency is required at the congress venue

The registration fee for participants includes:

Insurance:
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the congress.
Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.

Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made in writing to els2012@confedent.fi

Cancellation of registration fees and accommodation:
Cancellation received prior to March 5 - Full refund (deduction of 50 € for the administration fee)
Cancellation received after March 5 - No refunds will be given (100 % payment to be made if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
There will be no refund for no-shows

The Congress organization does not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In that case, The ELS Presidential Council will decide upon refunding of paid congress fees.
