Sponsorship Opportunity in the 9th Congress of the European Laryngological Society, June 13 -16, 2012, Helsinki, FINLAND!

We kindly invite your company to take part in a biannual meeting of the most prominent ENT-doctors working daily with laryngeal problems. However, the whole field of otorhinolaryngology is practiced by the majority of participants. We are expecting approximately 300 attendees, representing all European countries.

We have three Categories of Sponsorship:

1. Standard Sponsor  
     
Includes the following benefits    
- Acknowledgements as a sponsor in the final programme and on the website (collaborators page) from January through August 2012
- 1 x insert in the delegate bag (double-sided A4 insert, subject to approval by Scientific Committee)
- Two exhibitor badges allowing to participate in the lectures and catering in the venue (Congress Dinner not included)
- Exhibition space 5 sqm including one table on request

2. Premium Sponsor       

The same benefits as in Standard Sponsorship plus            

- Larger exhibition space (10 sqm) including one table on request
- Logo or banner in the congress website (collaborators page) from January through August 2012
- One of the following options (allocated in first come, first served –basis). The materials will be provided by the sponsor:
                 Participants´ meeting bag bearing the sponsor’s logo and
                 meeting logo
                 Participants badges with sponsor’s logo 
                 Participants’ notepads with sponsor’s logo or name
                 Participants’ pens

3. Corporate member

To be negotiated with ELS board.

Additional Sponsorship opportunity

Booking procedures and payment information:

Terms of payment: All payments must be received before the start date of the Meeting. Should the sponsor fail to complete payments prior to the commencement of the meeting, the organizer will be entitled to cancel the reservation while cancellation will be subjected to cancellation fees. All sponsorship packages and exhibition space allocation will be made on a ”first come, first served” basis.
